  1. R E S U E L V E.
  2. Primero. INADMITESE la demanda interpuesta por el señor CARLOS ALMANZA GONGORA en su condición de apoderado de la ASOCIACION COLOMBIANA DE TOPOGRAGOS - ACOTP-.
  3. Segundo. INFORMESE al actor que conforme al artículo 6º. del Decreto 2067 de 1991 puede proceder a corregir la demanda en el término de tres (3) días, contados a partir de la notificación del presente proveído.
  4. Tercero. Así mismo, ADVIERTASELE que de no proceder oportunamente en el sentido indicado, la demanda se rechazará, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la norma arriba citada.
